Moodle Forum: Due Sunday by 11:59pm
Using evidence from both of the readings and both videos, develop a response to the following prompts and post it to Moodle (500-750 words...more than 600 allows for more depth):
- Begin with one thing that was said in the Color of Fear video that really impacted you (positively or negatively). What was it? How did it make you feel? What, if anything, did you learn from the comment?
- Then, connect that comment to a concept in our course (think about our professional vocabulary). [NOTE: Although you are asked to begin with something from Color of Fear, you are still expected to tie in something from each of the other sources from this week]
- Read and respond to another class member's post. Either challenge an idea that they wrote, or pose a question to them.
Second Assignment: Bloop Glossary
Fill in one glossary term on the Bloop Glossary.
- Include your name
- Include an "abuela" definition
- Include the source(s) you used to help you build your abuela definition
- Include a real world example that illustrates the term
Third Assignment: SJP Topics/Groups Due October 9th
- Settle on a SJP Topic and Group
- Use the Padlet to help you
- See this project and this project and this project as stellar examples
