La Costa Meadows Elementary School
Weekly Dolphin Blast
Week of December 4, 2022
It was so wonderful to see so many families at Saturday's Second Annual Reindeer Run! There were smiles all around and it was evident that our community loves coming together! Thank you to our PTO, Coach Chindlund, and Coach Rossmann for their hard work which made this event possible!
The month of December is in full swing and we have a number of community activities coming up for our families to participate in. We hope that our Dolphin families will be able to participate in at least one of the upcoming events!
This week's highlights are the Choir performance, our first Family Coding and STEAM night, and our first Spirit Day of the month: Winter Day! The details for those events can be found below.
With Dolphin pride,
Mrs. Bedard

Speak up Survey
PARENTS: We Want To Hear From you!
Be a part of the conversation! The Speak Up survey is the first survey designed to help parents share their ideas directly with schools and national policymakers about how teachers and students should use technology.
By participating in Speak Up, parents are expressing their views to a wider audience of local, state, and national policy makers as well as the business community—and contributing to the national conversation about science, technology, and preparing students for the 21st century workforce. Please take a moment to complete the survey via the link here: https://Speakup.Tomorrow.org/D/JPJS
