Message from Principal Shockley

Greetings to the Mav Community: I sincerely hope your families get an opportunity to rest and recharge over spring break. Here are a couple of things to think about over the break.

  1. This would be a great opportunity for your students to get caught up with missing work. When we return to school we will conclude the third quarter of the school year. Students who are behind should take advantage of this opportunity to complete outstanding work.

  2. With our class schedules changing on April 19th for both students returning to campus, as well as students remaining remote, we strongly encourage students to start adjusting their sleep schedules now so they are set up for success on April 19th.

Have a great break!

Meadowdale Choir Resilience Project

In response to these challenging times, we are all asked to demonstrate resilience in different ways. Since our choirs first gathered together online in the fall, we have been exploring, discussing, and creating music to strengthen our own resolve in the face of these difficult circumstances. Please take a moment to check out our work at and feel free to share it with anyone that might benefit from a little musical inspiration these days. Thanks!
