Team News

Classroom Expectations are now posted in every room except for the nursery rooms. They are called the BE-attitudes! Please review them every week with your class. A description of how to review the expectations and implement them is on the podium or on the wall. When dealing with the children's behavior, be redemptive!

A Parent Communication card is now available to give praise about their child, or to inform them of the child's behavior. The cards are located behind the Team Communication cards.

Teachers who teach the first weekend of the month are scheduled to teach the weekend of October 29/30. The Kingdom Kids staff planned a special weekend to highlight Operation Christmas Child. First through sixth grade will meet in the large banquet room. Neil Beatty, along with Ray and Patti Good will teach the large group session. After large group, teachers will take their class to their room to go over bookmarks, memory verses, and prayer. Each child will get a sheet to color for their shoe box. No additional preparation is needed by the teachers for this week.

Join in the FUN on Friday, October 28 at 9:00 a.m. There is still a need for at least eight more people. Some of the Kingdom Kids classrooms need to be cleaned and organized. Please bring a bucket. This will be a fun morning of refreshments, fellowship, and blessing the kiddos. CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP.

Saturday, October 15 - 7:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Sunday, October 16 - 10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

Note: If you had your photo taken at the team training in September, you do not need to have it taken again. Thank you for your cooperation!

Changes in Curriculum Coming!

Over the next few months different types of curriculum will be evaluated. The goal is to have a new curriculum decided upon by the end of December and in place by the first weekend in March. The Kingdom Kids Team will provide curriculum training in February. Stay tuned for the dates.

While the Kingdom Kids Team will be evaluating new curriculum, we want to hear from you on what you liked and disliked about the current curriculum. Please give your feedback HERE.
