For a student from a military family pursuing a post-secondary education. Must be a direct dependent of a currently serving service member or veteran. Min GPA 2.3, accepted to a college or university, write an essay. Award amount $1000.

REPEAT: Grand Rapids Public Utilities Scholarship - Deadline: April 10
Grand Rapids Public Utilities customers can apply for the Tom Bovitz Memorial Scholarship (4 scholarships ($500, $1000, $1500 and $2000). These scholarships are sponsored by MN Municipal Utilities Association. Students should fill out the application and send it and the essay to Grand Rapids Public Utilities, 500 SE 4th St, Grand Rapids, MN 55744 no later than April 10th to be considered.
