Background Info

Tyrannosaurus rex was one of the largest meat-eating dinosaurs that ever lived. Its strong thighs and long, powerful tail helped it move quickly, and its massive 5-foot-long (1.5-meter-long) skull could bore into prey.Tyrannosaurus rex lived in forested river valleys in North America during the late Cretaceous period.

Threats of Extinction

It became extinct about 65 million years ago in the Cretaceous-Tertiary mass extinction. This extinction killed the remaining dinosaurs (not just T. rex) and many other animal and plant groups. This extinction was probably caused by a catastrophic asteroid colliding with Earth.

Solutions for endangered/extinct species

You can't really bring the animal back to life or help it in any way because its extinct unless you genetically reproduce it but our tech is not that good.
