A Message from the Principals

Dear Millbridge Families,

We had yet another amazing week here at Millbridge Elementary School. During our short week, we had presenters from Blue Sky Puppets perform an interactive assembly for all of our students on how to prevent and report bullying or conflict. We also had an impressive presentation from Mrs. Jamie Zwier to our second grade students on the importance of healthy eating habits for an active lifestyle.

We hope all of you have a wonderful, long weekend and look forward to seeing everyone back in school on Monday.

Your partners in education,

Mrs. Lowe and Mr. Blenderman

2ND GRADE ONLY Food Family and Fitness Night 2019

Attention to all second grade parents! On Friday, November 15th, we will be hosting our first annual wellness night for our second grade students and their parents. This event is being run by our terrific health and physical education staff in combination with the work of Mrs. Jamie Zwier. We encourage all parents and students in second grade to come out and participate in this great opportunity to take part in family friendly fitness activities. The form to sign up for the event is here and we encourage everyone to attend. Please note, only second grade students are permitted to attend and no siblings will be permitted access to the event.

American Education Week

This year, November 19-21st is American Education Week, which provides an opportunity to celebrate public education and honor individuals who are making a difference in ensuring that every child receives a quality education. We would like to invite parents to join us that week at the times below to visit their child’s classroom. Please send an email to mb_office@delranschools.org not later than Friday, November 15th, if you are stoping in. Cold Weather

Fall has arrived and with that comes colder weather. Please remember to send a sweater, sweatshirt or jacket with your child and remember to put their name in it, just in case it gets misplaced or left behind.

Lost and Found

Just a reminder that we have a lost and found box in the gymnasium, which is growing every day. If your child is missing something, there is a chance it may be in there. One way to not lose items is to make sure their full name is on it. Please stop by and take a look or ask your child to take a look during their lunch time.
