St. Matthew School
November 2020 Newsletter
Feeling Blessed
- Our church has been dedicated, and we are able to celebrate the Sacrament of the Eucharist together as a community.
- We have completed the first Trimester of school-in person!
- We got to honor our Veteran's.
- Our students are working so hard and receiving recognition for their work.
- Our families continue to show understanding, support, and generosity every day to help us serve our mission.
Thank you for all your prayers and support during these difficult times. They mean the world to us!

Cognia Accreditation review
Several St. Matthew stakeholders were involved with the process including students, parents, parishioners, teachers, staff, and leadership.
We are excited to share the official report for all stakeholders to view. Click here for a summary of our results (which also for a link to the full report for anyone interested in reading the full report).
Thank you to all who were part of the process, and to all of you for your support and involvement in continuing to make St. Matthew the amazing place it is!

Prayer partners
Our prayer partners have not had many opportunities to work together this year. Fifth graders and Mrs. Songcuan's PK class did find an opportunity to safely meet each other and make matching masks! Twins!
Plant deconstruction
Fifth graders have been learning about plants. They had the opportunity to dissect their own plants and learn about what each plant part is for.
Online Learning
Covid can't stop our students from learning. Thanks to technology we are able to continue learning whether our students are in school or at home.
