Dr. Johnathon LeBoeuf
I studied at The Institute of Food Technologists and got my bachelor's degree in food science. I perform research, conduct experiments, oversee clinical trials, and inspect finished food products. Essentially in the creation of safer foods, better preservatives, and more efficient food processing techniques.
I am currently working on a project for a new recipe for healthier cupcakes that still have that great taste without all the fat or sugar.
