We made it through the first week! We are all getting back into our school routine. We thank you for your continued patience as we work through all of the beginning of the year craziness including the parking lot. See additional information below for reminders to help this run smoothly in the morning hours.
Please see the special note about lunch service below. There has been a change in hot lunch service this week. Please pack lunches through Thursday and hot lunch service will begin on FRIDAY. If you ordered for Wednesday and Thursday, your account will be credited.
Just a reminder, please be sure to check students for symptoms before they come to school. If your child is not feeling well please keep them at home for a day to observe their symptoms. Keeping sick children at home is our best defense against all types of illness in the building.
Thank you to our PTU board and family fun night committee for your hard work preparing for the our festivities. It was a great time for all. Our PTU sponsors various activities throughout the year for our students and their families. They also like to help. Please reach out if there is anything that you need. Arrival reminders
- Doors open at 7:10
- Please load and unload students on the passenger side only.
- If you need to help your child out of the car please pull all the way up to the main office doors to do so. Staff is happy to help.
- Once you have unloaded your child on the south side of the building please pull around the make a second outside line to help move cars more quickly.
- Please do not exit through the south lot.

First Day fun!
Preschool pickup and drop-off information
- Full day: The doors will open at 8am. This class will dismiss at 1:30 pm. If you are picking up at 1:30 we ask that you park adjacent to the church or in front of Father's house and walk up to get your child. Please arrive no later than 1:30 and enter through the north lot
- Half day AM/INTRO: The 1/2 day morning class will begin at 8:00 am and end at 10:30 am. We ask that if you are entering the lot at 10:30 you enter in the north entrance that will be open. Other lots will be blocked off for recess.
- Half day PM/INTRO: The 1/2 day afternoon classes with Mrs. McCann and Mrs. Dean will begin at 11am. This is a 15 minute time change. These classes will end at 1:30 pm. As with the full day class we ask that you park adjacent to the church or the house and walk up to the preschool. Please enter through north lot.
- For all classes: If your child has a sibling in the big school they will be walked over to the big school to be picked up in the south lot. You do not need to come to the preschool. You will pick up your preschooler with your older child unless you have made different arrangements with the teacher.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Lunch service will now begin on September 10th. Lunch service is cancelled for 9/8 and 9/9. We apologize for any inconvenience. Accounts will be credited.

Thursday, August 26 through Tuesday, September 9th.
Lunch ordering is now open through September 5 at 6pm.
The cafeteria will open for service on September 8. We’re excited to get back to our normal service, and with that, a la carte will also return. Lunches include an entrée, two sides, fruit, and choice of milk or water. The student lunch cost is $4.00. In the event that your child has forgotten lunch, we will always provide him/her with a substitute forgotten lunch for a charge of $4.00, which will be added to their account. This cost includes milk or water. Milk and water will be available for purchase at a la carte. Remember when placing lunch orders to add extra monies in the account for a la carte purchases. We do not accept cash in the cafeteria.
The use of outside vendors affects the price of lunches. For example, Jimmy John’s Subs offer a larger 8” sub for ordering that will be available for $7.00. All Jimmy John’ lunches include a drink, chips, and a fruit. Subway lunches are available for $4.00, and additional six-inch subs may be purchased at a cost of $2.75. Pizza and sub companies will be alternated every other week. Vendor choices will include Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Subway, and Jimmy John’s Subs.
We offer a free lunch program for families who qualify. Please contact Leanne Heitz for more information and an application.
NEW FAMILIES: In your family folder you will also find two forms regarding the online ordering program. There is a student ID number for each one of your students enrolled at Holy Trinity. This is used to setup and register your student with www.myschoolaccount.com . This website allows you to deposit monies from a checking account or credit card into an account that will be used at school for a la carte drinks and preordering lunches each month. Our cafeteria runs on a PREORDER basis only. Lunches must be preordered through our lunch ordering system by our set date each month. We do not accept cash in the cafeteria. Please be cognizant of this date, as a late fee will be assigned to your child’s account if ordering has not been completed and it becomes necessary to reopen the system for ordering.
