Important Information about Door-to-Door Event on Saturday, October 24...
Dear Perrysburg Schools Supporter,
We appreciate everyone who has gone door-to-door so far for the campaign! Many great conversations have been happening. We’re reaching out to you today to sound the alarm. We have only made it 28% of the way through the doors we absolutely need to knock and we are already 60% through our events. This means we will need 50 volunteers this Saturday as well as another 50 on Thursday, October 29 to get the job done. We only have a total of 17 for both days signed up as of today. Please help both days if you can. We’re really counting on you to step up and help!
• Saturday, October 24 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
All training and supplies will be provided. Volunteers go out in teams of two and have conversations with voters who we are targeting because they are likely voters and likely supporters. You don't need to have all of the answers to canvass, just a smile and willingness to share why you are a supporter. We take care of the rest. It should take about two hours. Just reply to this message to RSVP.
Thanks for your consideration! We’ll all keep working hard together to win on November 3!

Greatest Need for the Levy Campaign...
Dear Perrysburg Schools Supporter,
The greatest need of our campaign right now is having enough funding to cover the activities we have planned for the final push to Election Day. We need to raise at least $1,000 in the next few days. Every donation, whether it's for $5 or for $50, will help move the needle towards our goal and is very much appreciated!
You may donate by mailing a check to Citizens for Perrysburg Schools c/o Eric Benington at 412 Rutledge Court, Perrysburg, or you may donate online via PayPal on our web site. You may also donate by writing a check to Citizens for Perrysburg Schools and giving it Sherry or Kim.
Thank you for your support!
Halloween Information (Shared with Parents in a Recent Frank Talk)...
On Friday, October 30th, Frank Elementary School will be hosting a parade for our students. The parade will begin at 2:30pm. If you are interested in seeing our parade, please note the following:
• The parade will begin at 2:30pm. We ask that all individuals arrive prior to this time as we want to make sure our hallways are clear. We ask that you begin to arrive no earlier than 2:10pm.
• When arriving to the school, we will escort you to either our cafeteria or gymnasium. Our students will circle both our cafeteria and gymnasium making them ideal locations to locate loved ones in the parade.
• We ask that you not go to classrooms prior to the parade unless specifically asked to do so by your child’s classroom teacher prior to the day of the parade. We want to minimize both hallway traffic and classroom congestion.
• After the parade has finished, we ask that you not go to your child’s classroom unless you are signed up as party helper. Again, our rooms will be very crowded due to our classroom parties. As always, thank you for your consideration and holiday spirit. We look forward to an exciting Halloween afternoon for our students.
Proper Halloween Attire
As a reminder with Halloween a little under a month away, students will begin to talk about their costumes and what they will be choosing to wear. Please keep the following rules in mind when choosing a costume for your child:
1.) No weapons. For example, guns, knives, light sabers, or sharp objects of any kind (including plastic).
2.) No make-up that represents blood or gory, gruesome or frightening characters.
3.) Remember that our students will be participating in a Halloween Parade. It is important that nothing drags or has too many strings that may be caught and become dangerous to them or someone beside them.
4.) Masks are permitted as long as they don’t restrict the child’s vision.
If you have questions regarding your child’s costume, please do not hesitate to contact the school.
