When possible, long-sleeved shirts and long pants and skirts can provide protection from the sun’s UV rays. Tightly-woven, light colored, lightweight fabrics will provide you with the most comfort and protection
Wear a wide-brimmed hat that shields your face and shoulders. It will provide the most protection. The brim of the hat should be at least 4 inches wide and made of tightly-woven, opaque fibers.
