Christian Del Re: A Teacher Who Goes Above and Beyond
Christian Del Re went into the field of education to make a difference in everybody that entered his classroom. He has a great love of history and wanted to pass that on to his students. Christian Del Re was entrusted by parents to give their children the best in education to take them to high levels of success.
Christian Del Re is a graduate of Brooklyn College. He earned both his Bachelor and Masters in History and Education. He taught high school social studies to grades 7 through 12. He has over 5 years of experience as a school administrator, with 3 years as a high school principal. When Christian Del Re decided to enter the field of education it was with a single purpose: to collaborate with colleagues in helping students achieve success in education and beyond.
Christian Del Re’s passion did not end with him obtaining his Master of Arts in Social Studies Education. He continued to master his craft by gaining more knowledge at the College of Saint Rose. At the College of Saint Rose, Christian Del Re took the courses and earned his certificate in educational leadership.
Resolution “A” Grants and Christian Del Re
Christian Del Re is committed to his passion for education. With more than 10 years of experience as a high school teacher and more than 5 years of dedication as a school administrator, Christian Del Re is always looking for ways to make education a top priority.
Christian Del Re has earned several degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Arts in Social Studies Education from Brooklyn College. He also earned an educational leadership certificate from the College of Saint Rose. Christian Del Re is adamant that all children are entitled to a great education. His commitment to provide education to students in New York City does not end in the classroom.
Borough Presidents and/or members of the New York City Council distribute funds for Resolution “A” grants to improve projects in school communities. These grants are extremely important because they can be used to upgrade a school’s technology, playground, auditorium, science labs, and/or other classrooms of specialty.
In 2010 and 2011 Christian Del Re wrote and secured two-city council Resolution “A” grants. The grants provided over $200,000 to purchase new technology and the development of a computer lab at the school where Christian Del Re taught.
Christian Del Re knew the significance of what those grants meant for the students. It provided them with better equipment to teach and engage the students to learn. New York City has about 1.1 million students. An opportunity for free money in education is hard to obtain with so much competition, but Christian Del Re believed he could always do more for his students.
Christian Del Re took a personal oath to be the best teacher he can be and provide his students with the highest standards of education. To an educator like Christian Del Re, the job does not end when the last bell rings. He believes he has the power to always take his students to the next highest level.
Christian Del Re Earns Educational Leadership Certificate from College of Saint Rose
Christian Del Re is a passionate administrator who encourages all students to reach and achieve high levels of education. A graduate from Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Arts in Social Studies education, Christian Del Re believes with hard work and dedication all students can excel to be the best.
Christian Del Re continued learning by earning an educational leadership certificate from the College of Saint Rose. The College of Saint Rose is located in the heart of the capital of Albany in New York. The College of Saint Rose is a private, independent college. Like Christian Del Re, the College of Saint Rose is a higher education institution with commitments to prepare and teach tomorrow’s educational leaders.
Christian Del Re chose the College of Saint Rose to obtain his certificate in educational leadership. Christian Del Re decided to earn his certificate in educational leadership because he felt he could do more in educating himself to prepare the future of tomorrow. At the College of Saint Rose he had an extensive course load which prepared him to be the best teacher for his pupils. In order to be accepted into the school’s educational leadership program, Christian Del Re had to complete a minimum of 3 full years teaching. The program consisted of 18 credit hours of coursework and 6 credit hours of internship. Christian Del Re also had to serve as a full time administrator, which he did as an assistant high school principal.
Christian Del Re believes so much in the passion of education and distributing it to young students that this extra work was not a burden but a reward. He is committed to seeing his students prepared for college and the careers that follow. Christian Del Re believes in making a difference in a student’s life.
Christian Del Re Has Students Who Win Awards
Christian Del Re has always had a passion and a love for history. During his elementary and high school years he has shown the courage and commitment of a good leader. Christian Del Re is a proud to have his Bachelor of Arts in History from attending Brooklyn College. The love of history and teaching pursued him to obtain his Master of Arts in Social Studies Education.
Students of Christian Del Re are fortunate to have been taught by him. Christian Del Re believes in his students’ achievements and encourages them to always reach higher. He has enjoyed teaching social studies to students ranging in the 7th grade through 12th grade for more than 10 years.
Christian Del Re has fond memories engaging students in learning about the Holocaust. The Holocaust is a time in world history where 9 million Jews living in Europe were killed. As a history teacher, Christian Del Re knew he had to approach this subject with sensitivity but also commit to have his student learn the importance of this event.
Christian Del Re wanted his students to grasp the meaning of what happened to the Jewish community during the early 1900s. He had students submit works of essay, poetry, art, and music in a local contest where the subject was the Holocaust. Christian Del Re is proud and flattered that his students took first place in this contest in the year 2007. In 2008, Christian Del Re was again honored that his students earned first place in the same contest. The excitement continued again when in 2009 the students of Christian Del Re received second place for their work on the Holocaust contest through essay, poetry, art, and music. Christian Del Re was blessed that his teachings made a difference in his students’ lives. These accomplishments also helped the school receive two brand new computers.
Life in Brooklyn and Educational Opportunities
Christian Del Re enjoyed his childhood growing up in the borough of Brooklyn in the city of New York. Brooklyn is New York City’s most populated borough. It is rich in culture and diversity. Christian Del Re acknowledges that living in the city of Brooklyn gave you different opportunities and opened you up to many different fields of American culture. You will find diverse culture in art, cinema, and theater.
Christian Del Re attended Brooklyn College. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and his Master of Arts in Social Studies Education. Christian Del Re loves Brooklyn’s rich history and a great number of public and private institutions of education. In the borough of Brooklyn you will find prominent schools of higher education such as Brooklyn College, the Brooklyn Law School, Medgar Evers College, and Long Island University. Brooklyn is also known for one of the city’s most intellectual and prestigious high schools, Brooklyn Technical High School.
Christian Del Re will advise you Brooklyn is also known for its great attractions. One of America’s first groundbreaking amusement parks was located in Brooklyn’s famous Coney Island. Christian Del Re, a history buff, is proud of Brooklyn for having the first municipal airport in New York City.
Brooklyn residents like Christian Del Re enjoy the borough’s appreciation of sports. The National Basketball Association’s Brooklyn Nets recently moved into the borough in 2012. The Brooklyn Nets use Barclays Center to host their home games.
Christian Del Re has fond memories growing up in Brooklyn, New York. Brooklyn gave Christian Del Re opportunities to learn from different cultures. If you happen to visit the borough of Brooklyn, Christian Del Re will tell you that a must-see spot is the Brooklyn Children’s Museum. This museum is the first in the world dedicated to children. Christian Del Re has taken his two children to visit this wonderful retreat located in his hometown.

Christian Del Re is proud to be a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society since 2001.
The Golden Key National Honor Society recognizes the achievements in academia in college and university students. Christian Del Re has had the privilege to earn this honor since 2001. Christian Del Re is a proud alumnus of Brooklyn College. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History. He also earned a Master of Arts in Social Studies Education.
The Golden Key National Honor Society is a diverse member in the field of education. The society acknowledges college and university students for their high achievements in education, community service, and leadership. Christian Del Re has been successful in the requirements the Society looks for in students. Christian Del Re was a high school community organizer in 1997. He began a youth task force in Marine Park, Brooklyn where he grew up. Christian Del Re believes in paying it forward to others in his community so they too can achieve high levels of success in education.
Christian Del Re has been an outstanding and excellent educator with more than 10 years of experience in teaching. He has an incredible passion teaching social studies to students in grades 7 to 12. Christian Del Re’s extraordinary career in teaching led him to become a school administrator. Christian Del Re is an Alumni of Brooklyn College
Christian Del Re earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Brooklyn College. His coursework included United States History, European History, and Transnational and Comparative History. Christian Del Re also studied African, Asian, Caribbean, Latin American, and Middle Eastern History. His passion and love for history has led him to become a high school social studies teacher for grades 7th to 12th.
Brooklyn College afforded Christian Del Re the opportunity to experience a diverse campus life in the heart of Brooklyn. The campus has beautiful elm trees and Georgian-style buildings. During the seasons of spring and fall, the beautiful foliage makes students and all who visit the campus forget they are in a New York City borough. Christian Del Re also took advantage of the impressive library that Brooklyn College has to offer. The Brooklyn College library is often considered the most impressive in the City University of New York’s system.
After completing his B.A. in History, Christian Del Re went on to study and earned his Master of Arts in Social Studies Education. His coursework included a mix of History, Political Science, Economics, and Sociology. Christian Del Re enjoyed a deeper learning of the history of the United States Constitution as well as European History and Global History. Christian Del Re is thankful for his years at Brooklyn College.
Christian Del Re ‒ Never Too Young to Be a Leader
From a young age in life, Christian Del Re was a community leader. Christian Del Re loved going to his elementary school in Brooklyn, New York. He noticed his school’s flagpole and flag were in ruins and he knew he had to do something. Christian Del Re kicked off a program at his elementary school to raise funds for a new flagpole and flag. His initiative was a success. In 1991, Christian Del Re was proud that his commitment gave his elementary school a new flagpole and flag.
Christian Del Re will advise young students that you are not too young to be a leader. Christian Del Re has always had passion and commitment in being a leader in all parts of his life. In high school, Christian Del Re organized a youth community task force for Marine Park. This dedication to lead others followed Christian Del Re into college.
He attended Brooklyn College and received a Bachelor of Arts in History and Master of Arts in Social Studies Education. The Golden Key National Honor Society recognized his role as a leader and he was inducted as a member in 2001. The Golden Key National Honor Society is a nonprofit that recognizes leadership and academic success in college and university students.
Christian Del Re believes every child has the potential to be a great leader. As a strong and passionate supporter of education, Christian Del Re is the first to tell you he will go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure success in all children. With his more than 10 years as an educator and over 5 years as school administrator, Christian Del Re promotes students to take leadership roles.
Christian Del Re is currently an education consultant for a New York City nonprofit. He continues to support students in reaching their full leadership potential.
Christian Del Re: Community Organizer as a High School Student
Christian Del Re will be the first to tell you that you do not need to grow up to bring change to your community. Christian Del Re is proud to be in the field of education. He has served over 10 years as a high school educator teaching social studies to grades 7 through 12. He is also proud of being a school administrator for more than 5 years. In those 5 years, Christian Del Re experienced 3 years as a high school assistant principal.
Christian Del Re encourages young people to make change and take pride in their community at a young age. Christian Del Re grew up in Brooklyn, New York. He attended Brooklyn College where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and his Master of Arts in Social Studies Education.
As a high school student, Christian Del Re already had the gene to be a great leader. He began Marine Park Youth Task Force Community Organization in 1997. He did not wait for someone to open the door. He took initiative upon himself to make a change in his community.
Christian Del Re has a passion for teaching that extends beyond the classroom. He spends his time encouraging young students that they are not too young to be heard. His commitment to bettering his environment began before he entered high school.
When Christian Del Re was in 5th grade, he took it upon himself to do something about the broken flagpole and flag in his beloved elementary school in Brooklyn, New York. Christian Del Re started a program in his elementary school to raise the funds to have it fixed. He met his quota and a new flagpole and flag were bestowed upon his elementary school. The Troops of Desert Storm were honored to have the new flagpole and flag named in their behalf.
