Gayl Bowser, M.Ed | Consultant, Assistive Technology Consultations
Gayl Bowser works as an independent consultant who focuses on the integration of technology into educational programs of students with disabilities. She provides consultation, training, and technical assistance throughout the United States and internationally. She is a member of the leadership team of the Quality Indicators for Assistive Technology (QIAT) Consortium and a former OTAP Coordinator.
Part One: Setting the Stage | January 18th
Participants will examine their own organization by completing an activity designed to help them review their service model assumptions. They will use a set of quality indicators to evaluate the ways their agency implements each aspect of a support model.
Part Two: Let's Get Specific | March 15th
In part two of this two-part series about service models, we will build upon the ideas from part one to identify specific ideas for differentiating support services to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and equity.
