~ We are still missing some signatures on STRIVE for T-TESS summatives. Make sure to log in and ensure you have signed everything that is needed!
~ Dr. Chadwell is on campus tomorrow morning at 9:00 for a campus visit. We may be walking around classrooms, so if we come in, just continue on as usual.
~ STAAR testing is next week, and we will have testing ALL around the building. Please remind parents that we will not have visitors on campus next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
~ This year, the last 2 days of school are 1/2 days. This means that there isn't a full work day/check-out day like in years past. The 1/2 day on the 29th must be used for staff development. Kathleen will be scheduling end of the year LPAC's on that day, and other meetings might be scheduled as well. I am going to be sending out grade level meeting requests to meet on that Wednesday afternoon to turn in RtI data, end of the year forms (classes divided), etc.
School Bulletin
~ 3rd-5th teachers, I will be emailing you for a time to meet to discuss schedules for next year. I would like to have it fairly "ironed out" before our planning meeting, as to allow ample time to discuss everything else. I have spoken to RandiAnn, and she is on board with this, and feels that whatever decisions we make, will be fine.
~ Thank you to everyone who helped at KG Roundup last week. We had over 30 kids come, which is the MOST we have ever had!! The neighborhoods around here are growing, and we are definitely seeing that, as more and more families are coming to register.
~ Speaking of registration, remind your parents to go online to complete the returning student verification. This will allow us to have more accurate numbers for next year, thus helping HR to determine IF we need additional teachers in certain grade levels.
~ We will have a short staff meeting today in the library to discuss end of the year, STAAR next week, and a few other nuts and bolts.
