COVID-19 Report
Romeo Middle School has 2 new confirmed or probable case(s) of COVID-19 that resulted in 0 new students in quarantine. Our school has notified an additional 18 close contacts in connection with these cases.
The district COVID-19 Dashboard and School Associated Cases Report continues to be updated daily. Please visit our district COVID-19 webpage for more information.
** Attention: If you or anyone in your household is being tested for COVID-19, please keep your student home until you have the test results**
As we head into Winter Break our school offices will be shut down and won’t reopen until Monday, January 3rd. A safe return to school in the New Year includes it being imperative that you continue daily home screening and keeping students home if there is any possibility of exposure to COVID-19 over the break for the appropriate quarantine periods. We continue to strongly encourage you to notify our schools of any positive cases of COVID-19 or household quarantines that are impacting families. You can send an email or leave a message on the attendance line. Although the possibility of school associated contact will be all but nonexistent by the time we return from Winter Break, we believe that continued monitoring of cases is critical to our safe return to school.

Happy Holidays Romeo Families!
We hope that this break allows you time to enjoy time with friends and family and to relax. All of us in the counseling office know that the holiday season can be a wonderful time of the year, but for some it may also be a stressful time. We may be missing loved ones who are no longer with us, or we may just be feeling overwhelmed with all of the obligations of the holidays. Please know that it is important to take time for yourself and to spend time doing things that bring you joy. Know that all of you are in our thoughts as we enter this holiday season and we look forward to beginning the New Year with you after break. Take care and Happy Holidays!
