Impact Aid - Surveys Open
Impact Aid is a federal funding program that helps make up for lost tax revenue to local districts due to non-taxable federal property within our boundaries. Eligible families include those with a parent/guardian who is active duty, or civilians who work on certain federal property, including tribal lands.

COVID-19 Updates
Levies: The Anacortes School Board approved two resolutions on November 18, 2021, placing two ballot measures before voters for the February 8, 2022 election. Both measures are replacement levies, taking the place of expiring levies approved by voters in 2018. The combined, estimated rate of $1.28 per $1,000 valuation is 32 cents lower than previously approved rates in 2018.
Superintendent Irish and Executive Director of Finance Mike Sullivan are currently making the rounds at staff and community meetings to provide information about the levies.

Expanded Public Hours at Rice Field
We recently expanded the public hours at Rice Field. The field will be open to the public:
Monday-Friday, 5:30-7:30 a.m. and 5-8 p.m.
Please observe all posted rules. Groups with approved reservations have priority. All other use is first come, first served. Restrooms are not open during these times.

We’ve heard loud and clear that password changes take too much time and are completely inconvenient to learning, teaching, and working. We’ve also heard that people would like to be able to do it on their own. Starting today, we've made the process of resetting your password much easier for you! To get started, you’ll need to enroll in the service by answering three security questions. You can learn more about enrollment by visiting our passwords page on the Technology Services website.

Choose the “Forgot your password” link and you’re on your way to resetting your password without a phone call. Enroll today! You’ll thank yourself later knowing that you can reset your password anytime.
