Mount Sacred Heart Catholic School

Safe Return to Campus

Dear Eagle Families,

I hope this letter finds you healthy, relaxed, and ready to begin a new semester and spring activities soon.

Although the news of a vaccine for the Covid-19 virus is encouraging, we have a ways to go before we can let our guard down and resume life as we once knew it. To continue to keep our school community safe, I urge you to remember these guidelines which have served us well thus far:

1. Continue to monitor the health of your children and families daily. Use our weekly checklist to guide you which is located in your Parent Portal. https://logins2.renweb.com/logins/ParentsWeb-Login.aspx.

2. If family members are experiencing any symptoms, have tested positive, or if you have close contact with someone who has, please follow the protocols as follow: Please keep your students at home and notify the nurse immediately at nurse@mountsacredheart.com for further guidance.

3. Contact Nurse Guerrero as soon as you have information about positive testing in your family so she can assist with quarantine timelines and assess our community’s health.

4. As always, families of Mount Sacred Heart are free to choose either virtual or face-to-face learning weekly to support your individual family’s needs. Please use the link below if you wish to change your child's current status. https://forms.gle/JeLqtQphC1n73Mcv7

5. Please remind your children the importance of wearing masks, washing/sanitizing hands, and social distancing guidelines as we prepare to return to school.

We have weathered this storm so far with everyone’s careful attention to safety measures and we will continue to walk in Faith and with Good Sense!

Many blessings to each of you as we prepare to ring in the new year!

Peace,

Kim Brooks
