Start the school year right by participating in a day of workshops from various District Divisions such as Curriculum and Instruction, Operations, Pupil Services, Gifted/Talented Programs, Special Education, Beyond the Bell and many more. Get information and resources to address the needs of all students from grades K-12.

Workshops will include topics on:
  • Start SMART strategies for ELA and Mathematics
  • New ELD Standards
  • GATE Kids of Color
  • New Discipline Foundation Policy
  • Increasing Parental Involvement
  • Crisis Management
  • Managing Escalating Behavior

Participants will be compensated 6 hours at training rate ($150 total). Two dates are available, please select one date you wish to attend. Please be aware, space is limited! Must register and receive confirmation through Learning Zone (lz.lausd.net) to be able to participate.
