Foot Soak
1 cup Epsom salt 2 drops lavender, 2 drops Tea Tree, 2 drops Eucalyptus globulus, 2 drops German chamomile. Store the mixture in a glass jar for weekly use. Pour boiling water into a large bowl, and let it cool down to a comfortable temperature. Stir in 1 tablespoon of the cleansing foot soak mixture, and soak feet for up to 15 minutes.

Apply diluted Peppermint oil to the back of your neck or soles of feet for fast, cooling relief. This is also great to do before hiking or long treks to keep your feet cool and comfortable.
You can also mix up spray to use too!
4oz Spray Bottle
Fill With Water
Add 10-20 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
Spray on the back of neck, chest, and arms to help cool down!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 drops of Grapefruit essential oil
- 2 cups of water (filtered or purified) or raw coconut water
- 2 tbsp organic raw honey or organic maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan Pink salt or Celtic sea salt
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen organic strawberries
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 drops of Lemon essential oil
- 2 cups of water (filtered or purified) or raw coconut water
- 2 tbsp organic raw honey or organic maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan Pink salt or Celtic sea salt
Grapefruit Twist
Strawberry Lemonade
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
