Schedule Pick Up and Registration

Schedule pick up and registration has begun! Here is a reminder of the times and dates....

Tuesday, Aug. 6th, 9:00- 7:00

Wednesday, Aug. 7th, 9:00- 3:00

Thursday, Aug. 8th, 9:00- 7:00

Friday, Aug. 9th, 9:00- 3:00

Again, please use the cafeteria entrance in back. Students with attendance issues last year will get the opportunity to meet with one our outstanding new assistant principals, Ms. Ayala or Mr. Searcy, to create an attendance contract for this year!

Cell Phones

Cell phone use is prohibited in classrooms, hallways and restrooms. They must be stored or put away during the instructional day.

Cell phones are allowed to be used before 8:15 in the cafeteria and during a student's assigned lunch period in the cafeteria.

● On the first offense and second offense, the telecommunications device shall be confiscated and then returned to the parent with a warning for the student/parent. The parent and student will sign the written warning.

● On the third offense (and incremental offenses thereafter), a $15 fine shall be required before the telecommunications device is returned. ○ A parent may elect to forgo the fine in place of an alternative deterrent.

■ If the fine is not paid, the student will be required to report to the front office to turn in their electronic device(s) each day for a period of five consecutive school days. The device(s) will be available for student retrieval at the conclusion of each school day for this situation only. All other confiscations must be retrieved by a parent and/or guardian.

● Any subsequent telecommunications device violation of this policy shall be subject to established disciplinary measures in accordance with the Campus Student Code of Conduct. Additionally, subsequent violations will also be subject to the third offense procedures.

○ Fourth Offense = Thursday Night School Detention (4:00 PM to 8:00 PM) + Third Offense Fine

○ Fifth Offense = Saturday School Detention (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM) + Third Offense Fine

○ Sixth Offense = 3 Days In School Suspension (ISS) + Third Offense Fine

The parent may pay the fine to retrieve the device at the end of the school day. Fines cannot be paid before the school day concludes.

ID Badges

Student will be required to wear ID badges. It is a campus security measure that are implementing this year.

Parking Passes

Students parking in the student parking lot will be required to have a parking pass. Students must bring $5, driver's license, picture of their license plate and proof of insurance to the front desk. Vehicles not displaying the pass may be towed.
