for filling: 500g curly kale or spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
520g onion sliced

1 garlic clove, chopped
For white sauce: 25g butter
30g flour
275 ml milk

He was a genuine foodie and created the blog to share recipes with both professional and amateur chefs around the world. Through Pika Chakula he organized charity events and touched thousands of lives.
