Who I Am

My Brain has two sides, the right side and the left side. The right side has nothing left and the left has nothing right - Unknown

Although I use both the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable using the right side of my brain. That means that I am expressive, imaginative, creative, and artisitic. However, sometimes I need more structure, mathematical and analytical skills, focus, and clarity.

My Personality Type

1. Gold

I have a "Gold" personality type. That means that I am very responsible. When I listen, I focus on specific details to determine if the message is right or wrong. I dislike coverations that go off topic. I prefer to communicate in writing, being straightforward, giving directions step by step. I am frustrated by those who break the rules, waste my time, and are generally lazy.

Decision Making

Directive Style

When making decisions, I tend to follow the Directive Style. People with that decision making style are practical and authoritarian, needs power and status, is forceful, completes task quickly, and motivated by situations with measurable achievement potential. Others sometimes perceive my decision making as rigid, impersonal, and autocratic. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for structured, goal-oriented, such as in bureaucracies, or where power and authority are important.
