Coach Cathy will design a 12 week training schedule, which includes specific workouts built around your objectives and goals. You will have continuous feedback along the way. If at any point during the process you have questions, concerns or setbacks, Coach Cathy will be there to adjust your training and get you back on track.

  • The option to join the Team on the trail for weekly runs

5K, 10K, or Half Marathon training 12 weeks/$250

If you currently run 12-15 miles a week you can join the LEARN TO RUN STRONG and race on the trail with our team AT BEAR MOUNTAIN, NY for THE NORTH FACE HALF MARATHON on May 5. 5k and 10k races are also an option.
