Copying Content from One OAKS Course to Another

As you prepare your summer and fall classes, don't forget you can copy content from an old OAKS course into a new course so you don't have to rebuild from scratch. You can copy the entire course, including grade book settings and calendars, or you can choose specific components to copy.

Students Can't View Their Final Grades in OAKS?

If your students have reported not being able to view their final calculated grades in OAKS, please click on this link and follow the steps provided:

Submitting Final Grades

REMINDER: For our newer faculty, please note that keeping your final grades in OAKS does NOT automatically submit them at the end of the semester.

You must enter your final grades into the Banner system via My Charleston before the grades deadline. For help, please refer to pages 12-16 in the Banner Self-Service Guide:

OAKS Office Hours

TLT will host drop-in office hours for faculty to ask any questions they have about OAKS.

This is a great opportunity to troubleshoot any end-of-the-semester problems or to start planning your summer or fall courses.

You don't need an appointment. Drop by any time on these dates:
