This is a short workshop about TKES.

RSVPs are enabled for this event.

Classroom Money

For the 2019-2020 school year, each teacher will have $200 to spend (special education teachers, you will have the same spending allotments as last year). You may begin submitting your requests on July 26th. In order to streamline ordering, there will be certain vendors we will use for teacher supplies. More to come later.

GROW

K & 1st Phonics

Kindergarten and 1st grade teachers, I need your feedback. Would these letters be beneficial for phonics instruction? Please let me know what you think. (Only the letter has the sand paper feel)

Uppercase letters

Lowercase letters

Schoology

We have mentioned that next year each teacher will have a Schoology site for parents to access classroom information. In an effort to make this rollout as smooth and easy for each of you as possible, we would like your input on what we should have on the teacher page for parents. I will be gathering your input at our first staff meeting.

Thanks to a new partnership with the Marietta Business Association, we are going to start a new tradition of having a "Back-2-School Bash" for all staff members. We will have food, door prizes, gift bags, and much more!

Ready to get set up?

You can begin setting up your classrooms on July 15th. It will be a tight scramble because Summer School does not end until the 11th of July.
