Field Day Volunteers
Its Field Day time! Field Day will take place on Friday, June 7th. We will need our awesome volunteers to make this day a success. Field Day will take place rain or shine. We will need volunteers from approximately 8 am until 11 am. To sign up please use the link provided. The slots are divided between 1st/ 2nd Grade and 3rd-5th Grade because they do separate field days. If you have students in both age groups, please sign up in both slots. If you have any trouble with the link please reach out to Erin Michel at emichel@millburn24.net. Thanks so much! We can't wait to celebrate all of the kids' hard work this year!

Field Day/ PBIS Assembly June 7
1st -5th grade will have Field Day in the morning at MES, then our PBIS Assembly in the afternoon. We will also be providing popsicles during Field Day. Nutritional Information is below. If you do not wish to have your child have a popsicle, please let the homeroom teacher know. In addition, hot lunches will come in a sack lunch so students can enjoy a picnic lunch outside.
Since field Day will be outside, we want to make sure students are safe and protected from the sun. We recommend students wearing brimmed hats to cover their faces and necks. Sunblock should be applied and would appreciate you applying the sunblock prior to students coming to school. Water bottles would be great in the event they need a thirst quench without the need of comign back into the school. Make sure students are wearing comfortable clothing such as running shoes, shorts (fingers crossed on the temperature), t-shirt.

Lost and Found
We will set-up our lost and found items outside the main office on Monday afternoon. If you are missing items please stop by to take a look. After June 21st remaining items will be donated to the Millburn Resale. There is a lot of winter gear including boots and snow pants. Hopefully, these items can find their way home.

Box Tops: Congrats to Ms. Reding’s class for winning the last Box Top party of the year! The class submitted almost 900 box tops!
These students won a PTO prize for submitting more than 200 box tops for the End of the Year drive:
C.J. Colwell – 2B
Mark Glab – 2B
Heidi Mueller – 3C
Here is the winner of the random $25 Target Gift Card:
Eli Marquardt – K3
Please check to see if any of your box tops are expiring – send them into the school if they are before summer. It’s easy money for the school – one way we use it is to help pay for extras on the playground, like chalk, jump ropes and balls.
If you are already buying these types of products with box tops included, don’t forget to download the Box Top Bonus App – this is EXTRA “free” money that will be sent to Millburn to use! KEEP COLLECTING BOX TOPS! You may start to see “electronic box tops”. These will need to be redeemed through the app. You just scan your store receipt and that’s it. Send in your box tops before they expire!
Any questions, please email: boxtoplabels@millburnpto.com
