Seniors: Reminder on Requests for College Materials
It is your responsibility to be checking the status of your college applications, transcripts, and letters of recommendation. Colleges will email you if your application is complete (or you have missing materials). They also may guide you to use their ‘application tracker’ to check your materials and the status of your decision.
Please note there is processing time needed for the college and our office to send, receive, and file these materials. For example, if you request your transcript to be sent from EVHS through NAVIANCE and MyPaymentsPlus, it can take a week or more for it to be received, processed, and added to your college application file. Even though it is electronic each college can take 3-5 business days to add these sent documents to your file. If you are certain it has been sent within a reasonable time frame, follow-up directly with the college first and then check with your Counselor or Ms. Wellik.
Seniors who took the Oct. 6th ACT
October 6th ACT scores are being released soon and mailed to your home. Some students are starting to view these results if they login to MYACT.org. It is important to note that scores are posted in batches from ACT, so it is likely some will receive before others. Students who tested with accommodations do not have their scores available yet.
If you have an ACT account and have taken the ACT prior to Oct. 6th:
Login to MYACT.org and you should be able to see your Oct. 6th scores. Please view the attached instructions below on how to do this. If you used a different email or cannot see your Oct. 6th score, you must contact ACT at to resolve this.
If the Oct. 6th ACT was your first time taking the test:
You will need your ACT ID to create an account and access online scores. Your ACT ID and score report is being mailed to you. Save this important information! Please review the attached instructions below from ACT to view your scores on MYACT.org.
We encourage you to wait until you receive your mailed report, however, if you have followed all steps above and ACT instructions linked below, you may email Susanne.Fulford@district196.org to request your ACT ID. Troubles and issues with your ACT account need to be directed to ACT.
