To help deal with stress

Stress: Is your body's way of responding to any kind of demand or threat. When you feel threatened, your nervous system responds by releasing a flood of stress hormones, including adrenaline and cortisol, which rouse the body for emergency action. Pressure or tension exerted on a material object. Good stress can be caused when you win something big. Bad stress could be like you want to committe suicide from being stressed. Emotions that you could have would be you wont want to eat, sleep and etc. Body response that you could would be like you wanting to punch something or someone to get your anger out. You would start talking bad. To get help you could go talk to your parents and talk about it or to another teacher or parent. If not that then you could try talking to your self and figuring it out.
