Come join Viveca for an energetic, high-intensity workout involving hill climbs, interval training and music that will have you dancing on your bike. Get your week started with a detoxifying sweat session that will shoot your metabolism through the roof and have you rocking that "spin glow" all day.
Every Sunday morning at 10 AM in the upstairs studio.
All levels are welcome! New spinners, please come introduce yourselves at the beginning of class. Towel and water highly recommended!
