Electronic Contracts
Recommendations for Instructional Professional Contract Renewals for 2016-2017 will be approved at the April 14, 2016 Board Meeting. This year you will receive, sign and submit your contract electronically! We are so excited about this paperless process that has been a joint venture between HR and Technology.
On Monday, April 18th, you will receive an e-mail from DO_NOT_REPLY@kellerisd.net. This e-mail will have instructions to walk you through the process of signing and submitting your contract electronically. To preview the instructions please visit the Announcement section of Workforce K-Connect site.
Please note the Expiration of Offer at the end of the contract which states that the offer of employment contract shall expire unless the Employee signs and returns this Contract to the Superintendent or designee on or before May 2, 2016.
If you have any questions, please e-mail Sam Tran (sam.tran@kellerisd.net) in Human Resources or call extension 1064.
WHERE WILL YOUR TEAM PLAN FRIDAY AFTERNOON?
Monthly PLC Meeting Agenda!
PLC’s for April:
4/5: Grade Level PLC’s: Kelly Leach will be on campus. During the meeting she plans to share with you some resources for curriculum and a simpler way to access them all in one spot, a small blurb on Keller University and what will be offered, and a question/answer session about workshop model and guided reading. Please come with any questions you have about these topics. Together her and I will do our best to provide answers and discuss options for follow-up trainings and/or model lessons. Please do your best to be on time. It’s rare we have Kelly here for PLC days and we have a lot to fit it! Based on the campus survey, workshop model is what many of you want to know more about. Kelly is a great resource and will soon be an Abydos trainer herself. We’d like to look at ways her and I can provide support for those who are requesting it before the school year ends.
4/12: Grade Level PLC’s in PLC room: assessment and planning
4/19: No PLC’s; I will be at a Letterland training so team planning on your own
4/26: Grade Level PLC’s in PLC room: assessment and planning
