Program Highlights:

NJROTC: Are you looking for a new experience in your high school career that will challenge you mentally and physically? If so, NJROTC might be the perfect fit for you. NJROTC was created for one sole purpose, to create outstanding Citizens. Here at Grossmont we have a fantastic JROTC program offering lessons in leadership development, physical fitness and much more. This program is structured in a military format that teaches students various aspects of navy life. Our extracurriculars include Drill team, Civilian Marksmanship team (Competitive Air rifle), Orienteering, Colorguard, Physical fitness team, and Drone team. It is not necessary to join the military after highschool if you participate in this program. As you grow in our unit you will be able to advance through the ranks and gain complex leadership skills you can use in actual leadership roles within the unit. Throughout the year participating at competitive events at other high schools showcases the skills and routines our students worked on and fine tuned throughout the semester. Our program offers a very hands on approach and the student will have numerous chances to participate in community service and recreational activities that will provide you real world experience needed to be successful in everyday life. It is more than a program, it is a family.
Transportation: Any interest to in working on cars? We have a amazing hands on automotive program check out the flyer below!
