What a great way to kick off the season of giving. The Craft Fair is a great opportunity to come together as a band community to supporting local businesses and earn funds to support our incredible marching band. We are so fortunate to have this fundraising opportunity as it is our biggest fundraiser, earning $15,000.00 in total profits last year. These profits are divided to support the marching band program and students individual account. Everyone benefits!!! **Remember, next year is a big trip year and this is a great opportunity to earn money toward the 2018 season.
Thank you to all Students and Parents who have already signed up to volunteer for the Craft Fair. Special thanks to the Craft Fair Team who have been working throughout the year registering vendors (DeeDee Foster and Amie Hefele), promoting the craft fair to vendors and shoppers (Julie Lahr), Preparing the menu and food for the Take Five Café (Curtis Twombly and Stephanie Pilon) and logistics (Martha Pfeiffer and Lisa Kelley). We are so fortunate to have such a great community of parents and students.
We do still have some needs to make the 2017 Craft Fair a success.

Adult Sign Ups
- Friday, we need more help with booth layout and Gym/Tarp set up and Vendor unloading. We do need a couple of band parents to learn the ropes on setting up the Gym/Tarp and Parking/Traffic. Please let Lisa Kelley (314-724-2765) know if you are interested. This job only requires work during the craft fair weekend.
- Friday, we added positions at 3pm for 2-3 strong band parents to hep move tables in the commons.
- Saturday, we added an adult shift to help monitor the Information booths. This is a very important role, as we need to make sure the students are directing shoppers to both the commons area and the gym to shop. We want to make sure all vendors are seeing lots of shoppers so they return next year.
- Sunday, we need some more people to sign up for tear down and vendor unloading. It is a long weekend and we would appreciate any help.
Please see specific sign up needs here http://signup.com/go/PjzCNqy
