Prairie Lakes AEA is hosting a one-day Secondary MTSS Seminar.

This opportunity will be designed to help districts:


  • Understand that MTSS is continuous improvement and connects to Differentiated Accountability, Iowa Core Implementation, and the Iowa School Report Card
  • Understand roles and responsibilities of a Leadership Team
  • Begin a needs assessment of the “current state” of MTSS implementation
  • Understand the 5 Essential Components of MTSS

Who Should Attend?

Middle School & High School Leadership teams that include an administrator as well as members that have the ability to:

  • Learn about best practices

  • Assess current reality and identify obstacles

  • Be willing to lead the change process
