Don't be overwhelmed!
A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken. Ecclesiastes 4:12
Let's stand back- to- back and work toward health together. Join us for our monthly health chat at 6:30 pm on Thursday night August 27 in Seaside.
Is what you are eating keeping you healthy?
We will be discussing how to get the most nutrients from your food. There will be a time for education and learning, a time for questions and answers, and a time to set goals for the next month. Bring a friend- get connected- learn about applying faith to health.
We invite you to bring a healthy potluck item to share (this is optional) and make sure you bring the recipe too so we can share with each other.
Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. Ecclesiastes 4: 9-10 NLT
