First Day of School Procedures
Thursday, August 19, 2021
- Students must report to the quad between 7:15AM - 7:50AM to pick up their permanent schedule.
- Teachers will be signing off on the permanent schedule to confirm student attendance.
- Students must follow their assigned schedule.
- Students missing a class or assigned two classes during the same class time are to report to the main office during the assigned period and show their schedule for entrance.
- Students are to report to Advisory before first period.
- Lunch Off Campus? Students must show their class schedule to leave. Freshman and Sophomores must remain on campus.
- Freshman Football v. Frontier at 5PM. Free Entrance for ASB Discount holders.

New Student Make Up ToursStudent and parents who are interested in having a personalized tour with their temporary schedule are encouraged to drop by room #205 any time between the hours of 10AM - 2PM on Wednesday, August 18th. Leaderships students not only will be giving tours but sharing insight into academic, athletic, arts and activities opportunities available at AGHS. Tours should last approximately 30 minutes. Masks are optional as tours will strictly be outside. | Bell Schedule Thursday & Friday AGHS is starting out the year with Advisory on Thursday & Friday! All Students MUST pick up their permanent schedule before class begins in the quad. Schedules will be handed out beginning at 7:15AM. Class begins at 7:50AM. Need a Schedule Change?All students are asked to attend their assigned schedules on the first day of school. Student Business Office
- PE clothes can be purchased online here. Then show the receipt to the PE teacher to pick up the correct sizes.
- Performance and Aquatics PE does not require the PE Uniform.
- Please follow the directions on the website to add your student to your family in the webstore.
- Some Apple products have technical difficulties. Please try using Chrome if this occurs.

Textbooks, Chromebooks, Class Materials
- Textbook Check Out is arranged between the class teacher and the library during class time.
- All students will be required to check out a Chromebook. Personal devices will not work on the school WiFi network. Chromebook check out will be organized through the English classes.
- Teachers will notify if students are required to have specific class materials when they are provided with the class syllabus.

FREE Breakfast & Lunch We are pleased to inform you that the Lucia Mar Unified School District will be implementing a new option available to schools participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs called the Seamless Summer Option for 2021/2022 School Year. What does this mean for you and your children attending the school district identified above? Great news for you and your students! All enrolled students of Lucia Mar Unified School District are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at school at no charge to your household each day of the 2021/2022 school year. No further action is required of you. Your child(ren) will be able to participate in these meal programs without having to pay a fee or submit an application. If we can be of any further assistance, please contact us at (805) 474-3000 x1020. | Homelink Data Confirmation Required Each year, we require parents to update their students' information through the parent portal (Homelink) to ensure we have correct information in our student information system. 2020 - 2021 Yearbooks Are Still Available for Purchase/Pick Up!
Pre-Ordered Yearbooks have arrived and can be picked up in the main office from 8:00AM - 3:45PM, Monday through Friday.
If you missed ordering, yearbooks can still be purchased through Jostens for $100. Make sure you choose the 2020-2021 edition. Just bring your receipt in and pick up your newly purchased yearbook.
Some notes about the yearbook: It is 288 pages and covers the entire year, including senior activities like the prom and graduation. All of the year’s sports and clubs and special feature pages are included in the yearbook, in addition to the grade level portraits of students.
