We need you!

Parents, please consider signing up on-line to volunteer on campus. We welcome your support in our classrooms, with tasks around campus, with supporting student activities and more! If you can't come up during the day, consider volunteering at after school activities or reach out to you teacher for possible take home tasks that might need to be done.

We also invite you to share ideas with how to support our goal of making Dessau Elementary a campus of excellence. Many of you signed our parent wall and and shared your personal commitments. That was a great way to start our year together. Now we move even further down the road.

If you need help registering on-line, have some ideas you want to share or just want to volunteer please reach out to us. You are welcome to contact the following people to get started:

Carolyn Parker, Principal carolyn.parker@pfisd.net

Yolanda Henry, Counselor yolanda.henry@pfisd.net

Nereida Franco, Teacher (Speaks Spanish) nereida.franco@pfisd.net

You can email or call the main number 512-594-4600 and ask for one of us!

Join Now!

We will be sending out another opportunity to sign up to join our PTO. We need a PTO President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, Volunteer Coordinator and an Event Coordinator. The President, Treasurer and Secretary are the most critical at the point so we can transfer our accounts and funds to be used this year.
