Edison Elementary: 2020-2021 We're BETTER TOGETHER!
DON'T FORGET TO SUBMIT THE STUDENT HEALTH SCREENER FOR EACH IN-PERSON DAY
https://form.jotform.com/202437360929155
It's so important that we're vigilant about monitoring our symptoms and that we stay home when we're feeling off.
Fully Virtual 2nd-6th Grade Students- In-Person Testing Sign Up
For FULLY VIRTUAL 2nd-6th grade students who are willing to come into the building for testing, please sign up for TWO slots at the link below:
https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0845A4AB2AA0F58-fully
This testing experience will occur in a socially-distant, small group setting. All students and staff are required to wear masks.
Parents will drop their child off in the vestibule area and will pick up at the testing end time.
All students need to bring a fully charged ipad.
We do have virtual testing capabilities for families uncomfortable with having their child(ren) report to the building for in-person testing. To schedule virtual testing, please contact Cathy.Vultaggio@fraserk12.org.
More testing information will be forthcoming for fully virtual K-1 students.
We wanted to take the opportunity to (virtually) recognize some of the positive things that we notice our Edison Eagles doing:

Coat Drive Sponsored By Fraser DPS
In addition to taking donations, Fraser Public Safety will also be helping our community families who may need coats. Please reach out to our office staff if you could use help getting your children coats or other winter gear this year.
A Message From Our Art Teacher
Virtual Families-
As you pick up student materials over the next couple weeks, please remember to grab 3-4 sheet of art paper from Mrs. May.
Here is the link to her art website:
Return To School REMINDERS- What Parents Need To Know
Other Important Reminders:
*All students and staff MUST wear masks throughout the day at school.
*No breakfast, lunch, or snacks will be consumed at school. Students MAY bring water bottles.
*All families need to self-asses their child's health before coming to school. To indicate that they've done so, families must submit the Self Assessment Form for each student prior to entry.
*If your child is sick or is demonstrating symptoms consistent with COVID 19, you must keep them home.
*We are unable to allow entry to any parents/visitors during the day.
Attendance Counts
If your child is going to be absent, for either a virtual day (half or full) or an in-person, small group day, please call them into our attendance line: 586-439-6590
If your child is absent from their homeroom/grade level virtual meetings, they will receive an absence in PowerSchool. If there are extenuating circumstances for a given meeting (i.e. failed connection, etc)- please email your child's teacher to inform them of the situation so they can code it appropriately in PowerSchool.
Technology Help
- To submit Help Tickets for technology problems, please use our Device and Instructional Support Form. A member of our technology team will reach out to help you.
- Unfortunately, we don't have any trained technology teamed members available to field phone calls in the office, so the above JotForm is the best way to get help with programs/devices.
