Art Club Sign Up!

Ms. Whitmire will be starting an after school Art Club beginning in October. Art Club is designed for students to explore their artistic interests with support, but projects will be partially self-guided by the students! This is an exciting opportunity for students to experiment freely with different materials and techniques.

Art Club will be held in the Art Room at St. Eugene every Wednesday from 3:30-4:30 when school is in session, and is open to 4th-8th grade students. Tuition is $15/class and will be due the last Friday of each month. Fee for October will be due Monday, Oct. 3rd. Payment methods can be found on the enrollment form. Each enrollment period will be for the following month. Students who are enrolled will meet at carpool and head upstairs with Ms. Whitmire after carpool- she will be on duty! Snacks will be provided! Space is limited! Sign up each month at bit.ly/csse-art-club.

Safe and Sacred Curriculum

Sometime during the week of October 10th-14th, during your child’s regular religious education time, the Safe and Sacred curriculum will be taught. The aim of this program is to teach children how to be safe, protect themselves, and communicate any potential danger. In the Church’s desire to help keep your children safe, the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City requires that all children and young people participating in religious education in any parish or Catholic school in the Archdiocese receive this instruction. Please be on the lookout for an email going home this coming week with more detailed information. If you have any questions, concerns, or would like to review the curriculum, please contact Mrs. Ison at sison@steugeneschool.org.
