Culturally Responsive and Anti-Racist Literature: A Teacher Leadership Event
Teachers, Coaches, and Educational Professionals working in classrooms throughout the Monterey Bay Region are invited to join us for a monthly teacher leadership event.
We'll explore multicultural, anti-bias, antiracist, literature in support of integrating the Social Justice Standards and Framework. Additionally, we will feature Textured Teaching by Lorena Escoto Germán.
We'll get support through a professional learning community as we read and discuss K-12 literature and think about how to take action in our classrooms and learning communities.
We'll be virtual for all but the last meeting, and we invite you to come as you are, bring what you can, but please JOIN US!
Click through to read the full flier and see all the amazing perks that are included with your registration (tons of goodies!)
Cost is $300 (reduced to $250 for teams of 3 or more.)
