Monday-

Tuesday- Beat Lehman@ Lehman
Bus will be leaving campus at 3:00 pm food will be provided
All LT players and managers should wear your whatever it takes program shirt (every Tuesday)

Wednesday-
- JV Practice- 6:30 am-8:00 am (Arrive no earlier than 6:10 am and please drop off in the back of the gym by the locker room.)
- Varsity & Freshman team practice- 4:00 pm-6:00 pm
Thursday-
- JV Practice- 6:30 am-8:00 am (Arrive no earlier than 6:10 am and please drop off in the back of the gym by the locker room.)

Friday- Beat Hays @ Hays (Bring the noise)

THINGS TO KNOW
1. Subvarsity tourney is around the corner and we will be needing some help. Please look for emails in regards to sept 15th.
2. Football passes are made and will be handled out on Monday. This will get the girls into the home football game after the varsity volleyball team has completed the match. If the football game is at the same location we will have one bus stay on campus and one bus will come back to school.
3. Teacher Mentor- Each athlete will pick a teacher mentor for the season.
4. Please make sure you are washing kneepads and all volleyball equipment. Standing next to the girls this weekend they are getting pretty stinky!
5. Bus Policy- Just a quick reminder we need all the girls to be transported to and from the game on the bus.
6. Please make sure you are not scheduling any appointments during our practice time this includes the athletic period and the before/ after practice time!

Grade Checks are Rocking and Rolling- Please check TX Connect to monitor
As per state mandate for no pass no play regulations, grades will be checked at the end of the first 6 weeks of academic classes on September 21. Students must be passing all classes with a 70 or above to remain eligible through the end of the grading period.
Grades will be checked again at the end of the first 9 week grading period ending on October 12. Students must be passing at this checkpoint to remain academically eligible for the remainder of the volleyball season.

All AP courses are allowed one waiver per course per semester.
Please note the dates below for grade reporting and their impact on UIL eligibility. Grades must be kept current, entered in TX Connect, and verified before grade books are locked at 8:40AM. Grade reports will be distributed to students during 2nd period on the third school day after the end of a grading period, to be signed by a parent and returned the following 2nd period.
Students gain or lose eligibility at 3:50pm on the effective date.
Grades should be closed out for all students at the end of the three week grading period. A student with an incomplete grade is ineligible at the end of the seven day grace period unless the incomplete was replaced with a passing grade prior to the end of the grace period. Students with an incomplete grade either within or beyond the end of the seven day grace period may regain eligibility if the work is made up in accordance with the district policy regarding make-up work.
