*From Mr. Merrick: I hope that you all had a happy Thanksgiving! We look forward to welcoming our students back this week both virtually and in-person. We also are looking forward to our KA and 2nd grade cohorts resuming in-person instruction. Our 8th grader cohort (along with Mrs. Z, Mrs. Schmidt, Mrs. Carolan, and me) will be back on December 7th. Thank you all for your help and support and for keeping us informed of any positive tests of COVID-19 or potential exposure to a person who has tested positive for COVID-19. It is this open communication that will keep us all healthy and safe as we strive to offer our students the best experience both in-person and virtually.
*Our first trimester ends on Friday, December 4th, and report cards will be posted on OptionC on Monday, December 14th.
*St. Jerome School will be collecting for Toys for Tots; if you would like to participate, you can send in a new, unwrapped toy with your child.
*We will be praying the Rosary as a school at 10:00 AM on Thursday along with other elementary schools across the Archdiocese of Philadelphia for the Feast of St. Francis Xavier. St. Jerome has been chosen to lead a decade, so Mrs. Lerlo's 3rd grade class will be leading the fourth decade.
*Support St. Jerome School while shopping on Amazon; click here to designate St. Jerome as your chosen organization. Then, go to smile.amazon.com when you shop. St. Jerome will earn 0.5% of each purchase (at no cost to you)!

*Mr. Dooley is available for tech support for our Virtual Lions (as well as our in-person students and our faculty): tdooley@sjsphila.org
*Virtue of the Month for December: Generosity
*You can still donate to our Race for Education here. Please help us reach our goal of 20,000 to directly benefit the students of St. Jerome School!

*Have a great week!
