Report Card Grades in RenWeb1

Overview
The Report Card screen is used for entering and reviewing information that will appear on report cards.

A. Loading from Gradebook
1. From RenWeb1 home screen, click the three vertical bars (Action Menu) in the upper left-hand tool bar.
2. Click My Classroom.
-The Classroom screen display.
3. Select a class.
-The Attendance screen displays.
4. From the Classroom menu (down arrow by Attendance), click Report Card.
The Report Card screen displays.

3. Select a class.
-The Attendance screen displays.
4. From the Classroom menu (down arrow by Attendance), click Report Card.
The Report Card screen displays.
5. Select the Term for which to load grades.
6. From the Action Menu (three dots, on the right), click Load Grades.
-The Load Grades from Grade Book screen displays.
7. Select the Grade Type to Display; we use Numeric.
8. Select the number of Decimal Places to display; we use 0.
9. Click Load Grades.
-OR-
Click Exit (X) in the top right corner of the window to exit without loading grades.
10. Click the Floppy Disk icon (Save) in the lower right-hand corner.

Click Exit (X) in the top right corner of the window to exit without loading grades.

B. Recording Exam Grades (High School only)
1. From the Report Card screen, select the Semester Exam for which you wish to record grades. (described below)

Choose Sem 1 Exam
2. Select the Display - No Grades filed for the first student you wish to enter a grade, and type the numeric grades.
Note:
4. Click the Floppy Disk icon (Save).
- a. Numeric grades typed in the Display filed are automatically added to the Average field.
- b. Computer users can press the Tab key to move between students in the class to continue adding Display grades.

C. Recording Citizenship Grades
1. From RenWeb1 home screen, click the three vertical bars (Action Menu) in the upper left-hand tool bar.
2. Click My Classroom.
-The Classroom screen display.
3. Select a class.
-The Attendance screen displays.
4. From the Classroom menu (down arrow by Attendance), click Report Card.
The Report Card screen displays.
5. Confirm the correct Term is selected.
6. From the Report Card menu, click Citizenship.

4. From the Classroom menu (down arrow by Attendance), click Report Card.

5. Confirm the correct Term is selected.
6. From the Report Card menu, click Citizenship.
7. Select the Add Citizenship field (in gray) for a student and type the citizenship grade.
8. Repeat for each student and click Floppy Disk icon in lower right-hand corner (Save).
D. Semester Grades
1. From RenWeb1 home screen, click the three vertical bars (Action Menu) in the upper left-hand tool bar.
2. Click My Classroom.
-The Classroom screen display.
3. Select a class.
-The Attendance screen displays.
4. From the Classroom menu (down arrow by Attendance), click Report Card.
-The Report Card screen displays. (see 4 below)

4. From the Classroom menu (down arrow by Attendance), click Report Card.

5. Select the Semester 1 Grade in the Term drop-down list. (see 5 above)
6. Click the three-dot action menu (in the upper right-hand corner) and select Calculate Grades. (see 6 above)
-The Calculate Grades screen displays.
6. Click the three-dot action menu (in the upper right-hand corner) and select Calculate Grades. (see 6 above)
-The Calculate Grades screen displays.
7. Semester 1 and Semester 2 fields have been preset for you according to you school level (lower, middle, high).
-Please do not make changes in these fields (circled above in blue.)
8. Verify these fields have been chosen:
-Grade type: Numeric
-Unenrolled: Exclude
-Missing grade action: Perform calculation
9. Click Calculate Grades.
-A message displays confirming grades have been calculated, and the Semester Grades display.
10. Click the Floppy Disk icon (Save).
-Please do not make changes in these fields (circled above in blue.)
8. Verify these fields have been chosen:
-Grade type: Numeric
-Unenrolled: Exclude

9. Click Calculate Grades.

10. Click the Floppy Disk icon (Save).
