All students will need to have a pick up person added to their FACTS Account. In case a child needs to come and be checked into aftercare for any reason after 3:00PM then the after care staff will need to have a pick up person permitted by the legal parents/guardians for pick up. Parents must include themselves as a pick up person. This is extremely important because after care must have the correct and updated pick up list for each child. Please see the following instructions on how to add your name to the pick list on your facts account. If you need help or assistance please contact the school office.

1.) Log into FACTS : https://factsmgt.com/

2.) Scroll on left hand side to WEB FORMS (It is above student forms)

3.) CLICK Family Demographic Form

4.) Scroll under the emergency contacts

5.) Click PICK UP Form

6.) Add parent names and anyone that has parent permission to pick up from after care.

7.) Please bring your ID with you when you pick up your child and you will receive a pick up code.
