I hope you have had a wonderful week! We are starting to get a glimpse of the beautiful Spring weather upon us. Here is a glimpse of what is in this newsletter!

What's Going On?

• Congratulations to our 8th graders who received the gift of the Holy Spirit last week. We pray for you and your journey ahead as Disciples of Christ!
• Thank you to everyone who filled out the 5Essentials survey for the Archdiocese and the School Advisory Board survey. We look forward to seeing the results and looking at what we are doing right and where the challenges are in our school.
• Have you ever thought about being a substitute teacher? We are currently looking for adults that love working with children and are sometimes available in a pinch. Contact me to find out the requirements and share your information with us. Know someone who doesn't have a child at DP, but loves children? We want to talk with them too.
• Our students are growing! Please make sure their uniforms are well-fitting and that parents and skirts are not too short.'
• Next week Thursday, March 24th is our School Advisory Board meeting. It will be at 7:30 and is virtual this month. Please let the school know if you would like the link shared with you.
• Is your family playing Crusader bingo? We hope so! We have had 4 bingos so far. We are waiting to see your family bingo!
• March 27th is our Family Mass at 10:00 AM at Divine Infant Church. Please come! (It will mark off a Bingo Spot too!

A lot of work is being done around the school for the next few months, in the summer. We will be installing a beautiful new school sign that will reflect the Parish sign and light up at night. Very warm and welcoming to all! The stairs in the front of the school will get a much-needed repair and facelift. We are currently taking bids to replace the gym floor this summer.

A reminder that there is no school next week Friday for Teacher Professional Development Day.
