12531 28th Avenue Northeast

Volunteer Duties

Volunteer duties will include cashiers, greeters, food assistants, game runners, and raffle workers. There are no training requirements for this event and instructions will be given on the day of service.

How to RSVP

Please RSVP by emailing Stacey Robinson at StaceyRobinson.BAP@gmail.com no later than February 20th, 2013. Carpooling will be available, so include in your RSVP if you are interested in carpooling and/or if your car can be used to help transport others to the service event.

*Note: there is a limit of 21 volunteers for this event and volunteer slots are given on a first come, first serve basis. We suggest you RSVP long before the 20th.

Many of you have little, to no, service hours recorded for the year - specifically, the individuals who are not volunteering for VITA. Those of you who have fallen behind on service hours need to take into consideration that there are a limited number of service event opportunities for the rest of the school year.

If you do not meet the minimum number of service hours (12 hours, plus an additional 8 hours of either service or professional hours) before the end of the year, you will not be eligible for membership into BAP for the 2013-2014 academic year.
