Season of Gratitude
Family activities to practice Gratitude
Why Gratitude is Good for You
The Gratitude Experiment
Thankful Pictures
During the week, take pictures of things you're thankful for. Then combine them into a digital slideshow, collage, or other collection to revisit and add to. Or - you can make a collage of photos and items from magazines or a collection of valued possessions and items.
Gratitude Jar
Decorate a gratitude jar. When you feel grateful, write or draw the reason on a paper and put it in the jar. Read the results as a family each week.
Letters of Gratitude to Essential Workers
Write a meaningful letter of thanks to essential workers during the pandemic (doctors, nurses, grocery store workers, post office employees, etc) that returns their acts of service and kindness.
Practice Gratitude through Mindfulness

Celebrate Each Other
When your family gets together, either in person or virtually, "toast" one another. Take turns telling each person what you appreciate about them.
