March Reminders
Half-Day Tomorrow 11:30 am Dismissal
Tomorrow, Friday, March 15th, Students will be dismissed at 11:30am so that teachers can participate in an afternoon of professional learning. Please review any changes in transportation routines with your child.
Weekend Back Pack Program
We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Stop & Shop and the YMCA to provide weekend food to Memorial School students who might benefit from this support. The goal of the program is to help alleviate hunger by providing students with nutritious and easy-to-prepare foods on weekends. Each Friday, from March 29 to June 14, students participating in this program would bring home breakfast, lunch and snack items to be consumed on the weekend. Participation in this program is confidential and all students are eligible to participate. Names of participating families or students are not shared with outside sponsors or volunteers.

Scholastic Book Fair Returns to Memorial School- Week of March 18, 2019
The Scholastic Book Fair will be returning to Memorial School the week of March 18th. Please see Book Fair shopping days below.
Monday- Erdelyi, Goulet, Hickman, Loring, Mahoney & Tonelli
Tuesday- Cassinelli, Curran, Dillon, Laidlaw, Thompson & White
Thursday- Kelly, Moroney, Munger, Ward, Wotton & Young
Friday- Ball, Butler, Che, Gurley, Tight & Witter
Family shopping will be available during the following dates and times:

Open Mic Night is Back! Join us on Thursday, March 21st!
This year, all families are invited to join us on Thursday, March 21st at 6pm to celebrate Music in Our Schools Month with the 2nd Annual Memorial School Open Mic Night! We invite students and their families to come and hear performances by Memorial School Students. We hope to see you at Open Mic Night.

Basket Raffle and Ice Cream Social -March 29, 6-8pm at the High School
Come chill out with your friends, family and neighbors and try your luck at winning one of over 40 baskets that each classroom has assembled. You can also enjoy a free ice cream sundae in the cafeteria from 6:30 - 7:30 while supplies last. Pre-sale of tickets will be held at TC Scoops. Dates TBD. Basket Raffle Flyer
Strive Ninja Night (April 26, 6-8pm)
SAVE THE DATE for a fun Ninja Ninja night with MEPTO. Strive Ninja will contribute a portion of the events proceeds back to MEPTO. Space will be limited. Sign up to come sometime during March! Click here to see the flyer.
