One Word

I imagine many of us or someone we know will be making a New Year's resolution(s), which is a promise a person makes for the new year. Regardless of what resolution one commits to, the goal is to improve one's life in the coming year. Resolutions can come in many forms.

After a tumultuous 2020, we will forever regard it as the year of "COVID". This one word has come to mean so much to so many people. No one expected or predicted last year's events. We have all been affected and will continue to feel the impact of "COVID", both inside and outside of the classroom.

I invite you to ponder the following statement:

What "one word' will describe "U" during 2021?

I have chosen the word "connect" to drive every action both inside and outside the classroom. It will impact the way I approach myself and others, and refocus my time and talents on the things that matter most.

Morales Junior High believes in "U"!

Skyward Family Access is a portal for parents to check their student’s attendance, grades, schedule, and now complete the UCISD Student Wellness Screener. If parents need assistance logging into Skyward Family Access they are to contact their student’s campus.
