Go to the Windows icon or “Start” and type in the Search bar “Snipping Tool”
It will then look like this and you will see the Snipping Tool program under Programs at the very top of the menu:
Right click and select “Pin To Toolbar” (you do this so you won’t have to search for the program again)
It will then show up on your taskbar at the bottom of the screen:
Now click on this icon and you will see the program open up, like this(it is normal for your screen to fade):
You then click the “New” button and this will allow you to select the part of the screen you would like to copy (it automatically places your selection in a box):
You will then click on the two papers “Copy” icon:
Go to the place you would like to “paste” the document, right click and click on “paste”:

You can also paste into a Word document and attach the Word Document to the dropbox. You can “paste” into almost any program. I have noticed that sometimes I have trouble getting it to paste into certain programs, but I just keep trying and it eventually works!
